Privacy Policy
The data involved in running an AI companion platform, explained without overstating privacy or security guarantees.

Scope
This policy explains information trybaeloop may process when you visit, create an account, use an AI companion, upload media, purchase features, or contact support.
Providers and storage vary by deployment. This policy avoids guarantees the architecture cannot establish.
Information we process
Account data may include name, email, password verifier, verification status, settings, onboarding choices, and support messages. Conversation data may include messages, companion selections, preferences, relationship progression, feedback, challenges, and memory context.
Media can include voice recordings, transcripts, uploaded images, and generated media. Requests may also provide IP address, browser, operating system, timestamps, route requests, error logs, security events, cookies, and session state.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and conversations, personalize context, process text, voice, and image requests, operate billing, deliver account email, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, support users, and improve reliability.
Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to understand performance where permitted. We do not call data fully anonymous when re-identification risk has not been assessed.
AI and service providers
Requested features may send necessary content to configured providers for language, speech, vision, or image generation. Deployments may use Groq, OpenAI-compatible services, Venice, OpenRouter, Xavira, Cartesia, xAI, or private model services.
Other providers can include hosting, databases, S3-compatible storage, Resend for email, and Razorpay or another billing provider. Each processes data under its terms and the operator's configuration.
Storage and retention
Application data may be stored in a configured database. Media may be stored locally in development or private S3-compatible storage in deployed environments and served through authenticated routes.
Retention depends on operational, safety, billing, backup, dispute, and legal needs. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup. The operator should define production retention and deletion procedures before launch.
Sharing and security
Information may be shared with providers to operate requested features, with advisers under appropriate duties, during a legitimate business transaction, or when necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, or address threats.
Measures intended to reduce risk include authenticated media routes, secret management, rate limiting, and session controls where configured. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim unverified encryption or deletion guarantees.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, subject to verification and legal exceptions.
To make a request, contact support@trybaeloop.com. The operator must configure a monitored address and required entity details before launch.
Children and international processing
trybaeloop is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly design the service for children. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, and the operator is responsible for required transfer mechanisms.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be revised and additional notice provided when required.
