By accessing or using trybaeloop, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you live.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may use email verification, session cookies, rate limits, or other controls to protect the service. Access can be limited for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.

trybaeloop characters are fictional AI-driven software experiences. They are not human, conscious, licensed professionals, or capable of forming a real-world relationship. Responses can be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Text, voice, and images may be generated by automated systems. Do not rely on generated content for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions. You are responsible for reviewing content before using or sharing it.

Use the service lawfully and with respect for other people, providers, and systems.

• Do not exploit, threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, or violate another person's privacy.
• Do not upload content you lack the right to use or attempt to generate unlawful content.
• Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, distribute malware, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not present generated content as an actual person's words, voice, image, or identity.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. Avoid submitting confidential credentials, government identifiers, or information not needed for the experience.

The trybaeloop software, design, branding, documentation, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Feedback may be used to improve the service without compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Some features may require a subscription, credits, or another paid purchase. Current prices, billing intervals, included usage, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Third-party payment providers may process payments under their own terms.

You can request cancellation through available account or billing controls. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund amounts already charged or consumed credits.

The service may rely on hosting, AI, storage, email, speech, image, and payment providers. Their systems may process information needed to provide the requested feature. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our control, though provider choices and configuration are part of operating trybaeloop.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, characters, models, limits, and integrations may change. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security risk, legal obligations, non-payment, or harmful conduct.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trybaeloop is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project operator and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the product, law, or operating practices change. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required.
